Elizabeth Harsh |
As Executive Director, Elizabeth directs and coordinates all activities of the Ohio Beef Council and the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association. She is responsible for compliance with the beef checkoff Act & Order and for all OBC/OCA financial statements. Finally, she supervises all OBC/OCA staff. |

Director of Accounting & Operations

Lois Oswald |
Lois is responsible for all fiscal activities for Ohio Beef Council, Ohio Cattlemen’s Association, Ohio Cattleman Magazine and Ohio Cattlemen’s Foundation. This includes monthly payables and receivables. She generates all monthly financial statements and assists in preparing the annual budget for each entity. For the checkoff, she records all remittances, Ohio and out-of-state, makes deposits and is responsible for the Bi-monthly Checkoff Update mailing to Ohio collection points. She is also responsible for payroll and all tax reports. Lois oversees all computer maintenance, hardware and software, as well as coordinating all building maintenance and repairs. In her spare time, she assists the other Directors in their programs. |

Director of Programs & Industry Relations

Emily Agle |
Emily will largely focus on developing and implementing checkoff funded programs in the areas of consumer advertising, retail, foodservice, veal and nutrition. She will also coordinate the OCA Young Cattlemen's Conference, help plan OCA district meetings, oversee the Foundation's fundraising and scholarship program, and coordinate the Ohio Beef Expo junior show activities. |

Director of Member Services & Communications

Jamie King |
Jamie's OCA responsibilities revolve around the coordination of membership programs and activities such as the Annual Awards Banquet, the Ohio Beef Expo Trade Show and Genetic Pathway as well as Managing Editor responsibilities for the Ohio Cattleman Magazine and the Cattlegram newsletter. She is also responsible for the correspondence to county cattlemen associations through quarterly newsletters, tracking of county affiliation dues, renewal mailings and serving as the in office contact regarding membership questions. She does layout and design of brochures, sale catalogs and other promotional pieces used by OCA and OBC and represents both at various beef industry functions. She also coordinates OCA Website updates. |

Beef Program Specialist

Bill Doig |
Bill is responsible for developing and implementing beef improvement programs on integrated management including, but not limited to individual animal identification, genetic selection and evaluation, feeder calf management and marketing, and on-farm beef educational programs. Bill will also be working on heifer development programs to benefit cow-calf operations in Ohio. |

Lori is responsible for coordinating advertising sales for OCA publications including the Ohio Cattleman magazine, The Ring Directory and OCA's annual calendar. |

Kristine Hooker |
Kristi, has numerous responsibilities above and beyond general clerical work like answering phones. She processes OCA memberships, checkoff dollar deposits, stuffs monthly and food editor mailings and ships all educational materials. |
