MANAGER OF YOUTH EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

The Ohio Cattlemen’s Association (OCA) is seeking a dynamic and energetic educator to lead OCA and the Ohio Beef Council’s youth education programs. 

The full-time position will be responsible for directing and creating educational opportunities for youth beyond the showring. It includes management of the OCA BEST youth development program and its associated divisions, the Buckeye Breeders Series and Stockmanship educational contests. It will collaborate to tell the beef story and enhance beef’s image through curriculum and program participation and will serve as the OCA Youth Council advisor. 

Qualifications include experience in a previous position, detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communications and computer skills. The position will be based out of the OCA office in Marysville, Ohio and may be hybrid. Position offers flexible hours and workdays with some selected weekend events.
